Dr. Nadim Haboubi

Dr. Nadim Haboubi is a doctor with special interest in gastroenterology and clinical nutrition and has vast experience in managing obesity. He also has a keen interest in lifestyle modification, behavioral changes and exercise training.

Qualifications:

• Fellow of Royal College of Physicians (London and Edinburgh)
• Member of the Royal College of Physicians (Ireland)
• Member of the British Association of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition
• Member of European Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition
• British Society of Gastroenterology member
• Chairman of Gastroenterology and Clinical Nutrition Group of British Geriatrics Society.
• Runs a multidisciplinary weight management clinic (Blaenau Gwent) since 2001
• Regional Chair of the Wales National Obesity Forum

With wide experience in research he has written over 50 publications and has conducted several national and international presentations on several subjects including obesity and weight management. He is a fluent bilingual speaker of English and Arabic.
